The Dawson County Sheriff’s Office in an effort to
plan for our future as we experience tremendous growth in our county and
in surrounding counties, we have developed a strategic blueprint. This
five-year plan will be the basis for all requested pay increases and
other budgetary matters for the next five years. We feel that by
planning for the future we can better prepare ourselves to continue to
serve our community effectively and efficiently.
It is through the support of our community that we
have been able to accomplish our past goals and with their support our
future goals. For this reason we have included a copy of our five-year
