Personal History

Married to Cathy Chappell Carlisle, a teacher at Robinson Elementary School. They have four children Chad, Cara, Joseph, and Laryssa. Billy and his wife have been Foster Parents to several children over the past twelve years and continue to do so today.

Religious Affiliation

He and his family are active members of Faith Baptist Church of Dawson County, where he also serves as a Deacon and Adult Sunday School Teacher.
