Marine Patrol Unit

The Dawson County Sheriff’s Office received its patrol boat through a drug seizure, and a new engine was donated by Bradley's Marine Service. The boat is operated by deputies that donate their time to patrol the lake. These deputies also participate in water safety related programs that we will offer soon. We also have a 14-foot aluminum boat with an outboard motor that is used for smaller lakes and ponds. This boat also came to the Sheriff's Office as a donation.
