Lieutenant Frank Sosebee

Lieutenant Frank Sosebee is assigned to the B and C Shift in the Detention Division. He has been involved in public safety for over 20 years with both Hall and Dawson Counties. Sosebee became a member of the Sheriff's Office in 1998. He has progressed through the rank structure as a Patrol Sergeant, Detention Sergeant, and Warrant/Civil Sergeant. He accepted the promotion to Lieutenant in January of 2006. Sosebee was appointed in 2006 by the Georgia Jail Association as one of the regional representatives for their association.
