The speed detection trailer displays the speed of your vehicle as you approach using police radar technology. It will be used to deter speeding in residential areas and school zones. The device was purchased through a 100% grant from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety. Included was a laptop computer that can record the speeds, types of vehicles, and locations of speeders for enforcement purposes.
